Riskory is the Event Partner on Carbon Neutrality of a WGO x UNESCAP Conference

World Green Organisation (“WGO”) and Environment and Development Division, The Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (“ESCAP”) of the United Nations (“UN”) are co-hosting the ESG for Climate Action International Conference 2023 (the “Conference”) at Cyberport on 30-31 October 2023. The theme this year is “Unleashing the Power of Sustainability: Asia’s Premier Business Event for a Greener Future”.

Riskory is thrilled to be invited to be the Event Partner on Carbon Neutrality Partner of the conference. We will assist the two-day international conference to reduce its carbon emissions through different strategies, conduct carbon audit of various emission sources, and purchase carbon credits from the UN Clean Development Scheme (CDM) to offset the residual emissions, in support of the sustainability theme of the conference, and the climate projects registered under UN platform.

The aim of the Conference is to accentuate the position of Hong Kong as the regional leader in Climate Finance & Sustainable Investing by gathering latest market intelligence, exchanging innovative ideas, and forming partnership opportunities with funders and investors from international, mainland China, Hong Kong and throughout Asia.
